Doctor Tomah was in weak condition. Oh 4-10 with the MEFAs’ panzering. Starving for a win, Monday Night Football and the Bills came through making an excruciatingly horrible week merely terrible. That slight bit of sustenance helped the Doc make it through, sans his bling shirt.

* New England-> Bang, it’s done the Patriots are a MEFA pick. This New England Team is either great or their not. Time to find out.

* Cleveland-> Moral Victories? Romeo needs tangible results. His Offense will provide them.

Houston-> Know when to trust them, know when to flush them. This week believe in the Texans.

Kansas City-> Cincinnati’s coming off the bye week. Hey, so is Herm and the Chiefs, everyone’s rested.

Minnesota-> Hey, Minnesota is coming off the bye week. So are Lovie and the Bears…huh? Oh. Take the Vikes anyway. The joke works just once.

NY Jets-> The AFC East is just plain better than the NFC East. Newton’s Obscure Law “what sucks keeps sucking until acted upon by another suck force.”

St. Louis-> Baltimore beat San Fran 9-7. Next time have the shortstop bunt the runner over then pinch hit for the pitcher late in a game on the road. 9-7.

Tampa Bay-> The Titans strike The Doctor as a team that needs to learn how to win (and cover) on the road. Sh*t, they sure can’t do it a home.

Green Bay-> Screwed by the Pack. Screwed. So the Doctor is doing the rational thing picking them again.

San Diego-> Everyone loooves the Chargers now ”…oh, how they won big…” And the Doctor loves ‘em too. …This week.

Seattle-> The Seahawks get healthy. They are a touchdown better. (spooky voice) Remember Mike, a touchdown better…(end spooky voice).

Arizona-> Carolina’s season without Delhomme is adrift. Throw in battling 3-2’s; take the home team.

NY Giants-> Damn, Mad-Eye Moody drives the good Doctor crazy, but he has no reason to pick against him. Cue the “Falcons Woes Continue” headlines.
